Current Events:
We continue to find more activities in the community where our individuals can become more involved here in Monroe as well as in Albemarle. The parents of our sister program in Albemarle sponsored a dance on September 26, 2008 for both programs as well as other programs. We had 56 people there and also had some media attention from the local newspaper. It was a wonderful event and we are planning another over the holiday season.
