In 2009-2010, our services supported:
  • 37,239 hours were contributed by LIFESPAN participants to volunteer service in their communities
  • 277 participants volunteered in their communities
  • $776,433 value of LIFESPAN participants volunteer hours to their communities
  • 409 Children received services
  • 612 Adults participated in LIFESPAN enrichment programs
  • 363 children and adults received case management services
  • 1125 pieces of art were sold by LIFESPAN participants valuing $21,667
LIFESPAN received their 3 year CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation in November 2010 for the following services:

CARF accreditation demonstrates a program’s quality, transparency, and commitment to the satisfaction of the pesrons served. CARF International is an independent, not-for-profit accreditor of human service providers in many areas and LIFESPAN is accredited in the Employment and Community Services section of CARF.
