LIFESPAN Creative Campus programs offer a range of services to   individuals   with developmental and intellectual disabilities, substance use and mental health disorders. We are committed to helping each individual accomplish skills that may have seemed impossible to some utilizing person-centered plans.

We focus on the interests of each individual we support to ensure their well-being, dignity and right of choice.

Individuals can select to participate in a collection of programs and resources including:

  • Art Programs: painting, pottery, drawing and craft projects
  • Autism Support Services from staff trained in the TEACH model
  • Bilingual and Sign Language Services
  • Compensatory Education Classes
  • Culinary Arts Program
  • Health & Wellness Programs: nutrition, exercise and yoga
  • Horticulture Program
  • Indoor/Outdoor Recreation Activities
  • Indoor/Outdoor Sporting Activities
  • Music Therapy
  • Sensory Room to promote relaxation and social interaction

In addition to the Creative Campus, LIFESPAN offers the following services:

Services to individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Individuals with TBI have the option of experiencing the programs and services of Creative Campus with the assistance of LIFESPAN staff that have been trained to support individuals     with TBI.

In-home Skill Building
Provides habilitation and skill building support in the private home of the individual to assist the individual in becoming more independent.

Personal Care
This service provides support, supervision, and engaging in activities of daily living, and assists in maintaining skills learned through habilitation services.

Personal Assistance Services
Designed to assist an individual with a disability to perform daily living functions to increase the individual’s control in life and ability to perform everyday activities on or off the job. The services must be necessary to the achievement of an employment outcome and may be provided only while the individual is receiving other Vocational Rehabilitation services.

Respite Services
Offers support to individuals and primary caregivers by providing periodic in-home supports from skilled professionals.
