LIFESPAN Creative Campus programs offer a range of services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, substance use and mental health disorders. We are committed to helping each individual accomplish skills that may have seemed impossible to some utilizing person-centered plans.

In addition to the Creative Campus, LIFESPAN offers the following services:
Adult Developmental Vocational Program (ADVP)
A day program which provides organized developmental activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in order to prepare the individual to live as independently as possible.
Services to individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Individuals with TBI have the option of experiencing the programs and services of Creative Campus with the assistance of LIFESPAN staff that have been trained to support individuals with TBI.
Community Living Supports
Provides support and supervision to help the individual live successfully in the home of his/her family or natural support, and aids the individual in becoming an active member of his/her community.
Community Networking services provide individualized day activities in an integrated community setting, separate and apart from the individual’s residence and licensed facility. Services are designed develop natural supports within integrated setting to promote maximum participation in community life. Examples of Community networking include, but not limited to, participation in adult education, volunteer work in the local community, learning how to use public transportation, and participation in community groups or organizations.
Offers support to individuals and their primary caregivers by providing periodic in-home supports from skilled professionals.
