LIFESPAN Creative Campus programs offer a range of services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, substance use and mental health disorders. We are committed to helping each individual accomplish skills that may have seemed impossible to some utilizing person-centered plans.

In addition to the Creative Campus, LIFESPAN offers the following services:
In-home Skill Building
Provides habilitation and skill building support in the private home of the individual to assist the individual in becoming more independent.
This service provides support, supervision, and engaging in activities of daily living, and assists in maintaining skills learned through habilitation services.
This program is available for I/DD individuals ages 5-22 years of age. Individuals participate in this program after school hours, and have access to Creative Campus programs and resources. Supports from qualified staff assist individuals with achieving goals defined in their Individualized Service Plan.
Offers support to individuals and their primary caregivers by providing periodic in-home supports from skilled professionals.
