Special Instruction, formerly Community Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS), is a developmental intervention for children from birth to age three to address identified deficits in a child’s mental or physical health in order to enhance cognitive, physical, behavioral, social-emotional, and verbal skills. LIFESPAN Professionals provide learning activities in a natural setting to enhance development and growth and offer parent/caregiver coaching for consistency and developmental progress of the child.
