​LIFESPAN’s Creative Campus in Dobson has been serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for nearly 40 years. To continue providing a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment, the facility is scheduled for major updates beginning in December 2025, with completion expected by May 2027.

• Updated ceilings, drywall, plumbing, and electrical systems

• New sensory room for emotional and sensory support

• Drainage improvements to protect the building and surrounding property
